Leadership is about so much more than just managing a team of people. It’s about guiding the business to success, developing your own skills along the way, and helping others to be the best version of themselves. Of course, not every business leader has plans to grow and develop their business, and that’s ok. They may not base their model on tech, but they’ll need to adopt some kind of tech in order to thrive, even if it’s just using tax digital compliant software (yes, there are still companies out there who use paper books for their accounts!)
